ROSEMONT EUMENICAL GOOD FRIDAY CROSS WALK - FRIDAY, APRIL 7 After a hiatus of 3 years, we are excited to rejuvenate the Rosemont Ecumenical Cross Walk! We will gather at St Cecilia Roman Catholic Church (5020 7th Ave) at 10am on Friday, April 7 for a devotional gathering with the cross as our focus (approximately 10 minutes). We will follow the cross as we walk to Community of Christ Church (4710 8th Ave) and participate in another devotional gathering. Our final journey following the cross will lead us to Christ Lutheran Church where the Rosemont Ecumenical will participate in leading the Good Friday service at 11am. You are also welcome to drive from church to church. Contact Pastor Lynn for more information.

From the Faith Enrichment Team:

Helene of the Gender Justice Team recommends:  "It's time for a Catholic ethic that sees sexuality as a gift, not a curse."

Here is another article for Holy Thursday from the Gender Justice Team.

Leveling theological rejections at people who are humbling themselves before God looks nothing like the example of Jesus. Maybe instead, the church can meet in shared vulnerability — like washing each other's feet.
